Founder and CEO

Tracey Long

I was once battered and broken; exploited in ways that no woman, or child, should ever be exploited. I was abused as a child and as a woman. I was a slave to drugs, alcohol, violence and imprisonment.

I am a survivor!

I should be dead!

But God…

But God had other plans…

I founded True Light, Inc. in August of 2015, and I am the Chief Executive Officer.

I am a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and I am certified in mental health first aide.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Biblical studies, with a major in Christian counseling.

I have recovered from addiction and have over 13 years of sobriety.

I have healed from the pain and brokenness of abuse and exploitation and have helped many women do the same.

I am a mother of three; two boys and one girl. I have 3 beautiful grandchildren, 1 boy and 2 girls, and 1 on the way.

I am a widow because of suicide.

I have been through many things.

But I am an overcomer!

Kenny Dusablon

Chief Financial Officer
Kenny is a financial professional with Equitable Advisers at Karr-Barth and he is passionate about helping others achieve fiscal success through financial literacy. He focuses on working closely with business owners, families and transitioning Veterans to inform them of financial issues and the importance of saving for retirement.
Kenny’s innovative approach charts a course for financial success so his clients can create the retirement of their dreams.
Kenny earned his B.B.A. in finance at Temple University.
Kenny is also a veteran of the US Navy.

Desiree is a certified medical assitant and phlebotomist. She is now a stay at home mom with 3 children.

Cindy is a survivor of domestic violence dedicated to helping other survivors. Cindy works for Ionos by 1 & 1.

Steph is a person in long term recovery with over 18 years of sobriety. She's been working in the field of behavioral health for over 15 years and is a certified recovery specialist. Steph is also the founder and CEO of Joy Of Living Recovery Program which houses individuals seeking refuge from addiction.
